Positive Operational LL with DNO

Oselvar (A-1 H, A-2 H, A-3 HT2) – P&A

What happened:

Volume required was larger that expected for first 20 bar. However from 20 bar to 50 bar the volume required was consistent with the volume above the EZSV only. The bleed off volume was also consistent with bleeding down from above the EZSV only.

What was planned:

Pressure test 20″ EZSV to 50 bar

What was learned:

EZSV did not fully seal/energize initially.

What actions are required:

Pump at higher rate to help energize the EZSV element (can set the pressure kick-out to 55 bar to prevent over-pressuring casing above EZSV).
