What happened:

Evaluated rig-up and HXT valve and BOP status. Changed HXT valve status to the following: opened LPR on BOP. Opened PMV, XOV, AMV and ACV, thereby allowing the fluid level in the tubing and A annulus to be monitored.
This allowed setting of the THIS “open hole” without time and risk involved in rigging up slickline PCE.

What was planned:

With deep set plug set and tested, tubing cut and well displaced to 1.35 SG brine, plan was to rig up pull PCE to set Tubing Hanger Isolation Sleeve (THIS).

What was learned:

Several hours rig time saved through not having to rig up PCE.

What actions are required:

Repeat in future.
